Mengku Hao Green Pu-erh Tea Cake

It is made of sun dried maocha, not baked maocha as seen in Mengku Tea Factory's most recent productions - a reason why we stop buying more of their products that taste good when they are fresh, look pretty but become less interesting after a couple of years.

Sun dried maocha keeps the properties of a Pu-erh tea for good ageing, its aroma, the color of the soup and etc.  as you can tell from this cake that aged well.
