Brewing Guide:

• Vessel: 110-150ml Gaiwan
• Water: Pure/Spring water at 98-100 Celsius degree
• Tea dosage: One ball
• Rinse: one time only, 5-8 sec. fast pour
• Infusion Time: 

    1-3 infusions: 5-10 sec. Fast pour for aroma and strong character

    4-6 infusions: 15-20sec, for rich flavor and sweet aftertaste

    7 + infusions: 30s + for soft sweet orchid finish
