2013 MGH 1304 Bulang Early Spring Green Pu-erh Tea Cake 357g

The first of hidden gem series.

This tea cake is made by using early Spring materials from Bulang Mountain, Menghai area.

You can taste the difference now and in the future when the tea is aged. 

It offers better taste profile, higher nutritional value with no chemical additive, the big tree/Qiaomu/Arbor material IS the essence of a premium tea. The traditional tried and true processing method was adopted in making of these MGH teas.

The tea was made in 2013 Spring and placed into the storage, then we forgot it. Honestly, few sold.

In 2018 summer, we were shocked that the same tea (from the same tea farmer and the same harvest) was sold at over 500 RMB (roughtly $ 75) per 357g tea cake in China, we then took a look at our tea cake. Indeed, it was a pretty being, clear golden broth, mellowed significantly, spicy, nice aroma, pure Bulang tea at its best.
