2011 Organic Jingmai Mountain Arbor Green Pu-erh Tea Cake

This cake brews a strong yellow soup, aromatic and sweet at first, and then bitter, a quite noticeable astringent taste is developed late on. Someone may call it a tea with strong 'Qi'. You could get sick when drink it with an empty stomach. But like many tea experts used to say, this type of tea is of great aging potential and it tends to be developed into something wonderful in the years to come.

It is certified as an organic tea. I won't say it's a tea made of big tree (arbor) materials as it is claimed as such on its wrapper, but it's nice enough for your collection.
