The truth is that the former fermentation master (Mr. Anshun Huang) at Menghai Tea Factory was hired by Boyou who got the know-how and the skills to produce some of the best ripe Pu-erh teas.

Boyou Ripe Tea has become very expensive in recent years since many tea elites/celebrities  commissioned Boyou as their supplier, and they sold Boyou teas at astonishing prices.

The tea brick was made by blending aged materials (3-5 year old), so technically this was a vintage 2014 tea.
