One. I will never use 5 stars as my palate is simply not all that refined; and wouldn't want to mislead anyone who does have a fine palate. So, a 4 = Excellent to me.
Two. The one con and it's a fairly major one is that the brick is too hard. It is compressed so hard that there are NO loose points. I tried multiple knives and then finally pulled out a "leather hole punch." It barely could break off pieces, and nothing was as big a chunk as one normally breaks off a cake or other bricks. I even drew blood. I'm going to buy an ice pick, if they still make them.
Three. The tea itself brews quickly into a smooth black soup. One would think "Oh No! Over brewed." Not true. I'd say the flavor is 4 star.
