2014 Bingdao Gushu Green Pu-erh Tea Brick 250g

2014 Bingdao Gushu Green Pu-erh Tea Brick

The pesticide testing has been conducted on this tea, and the tea passed the test against multiple chemicals with flying colors.

'Gushu' in Chinese is Ancient Tree.

The tea from a small village in Mengku becomes the most expensive recently, blowing the famous LBZ out of the water - the name of the village is Bingdao. The genuine Bingdao tea is out of reach for most of us, but many similar teas existed without a big price tag, this is one of our best findings in our 2014 tea trip.

This tea brick is pretty with tips and buds,  brewing a bright amber liquor with strong aroma. The taste has depth and strength (Qi), orange sweet, little pungency after multiple brews - complex, not your average Pu-erh tea for sure.  Enjoy it now or put it away for a even more wonderful tea developed, a treasure not to be missed.
