Yunnan Pu-erh Tuocha

According to ancient records of Dai's age, tea has been produced in Yunnan for 1700 years. The tea plant itself is often considered a native of Yunnan, many of varieties of tea trees are found there, including some of very rare ancient tea trees. Tea is grown all over the mountains in the Yunnan province of southern China.

Yunnan Tuocha is produced from a strain of ancient native Yunnan Da-yeh tea tree used for balance of health. This tea tree grows along the Lancang (Mekong) River and mountains. The tea tree has a longer lifespan, earlier and stronger buds, hat shoots, thick and soft leaves. Today Yunnan Tuocha has become a famous tea in the world and has received the prestigious 9th International Food Award from Barcelona, Spain in the year of 1986.

Made from an ancient variety of tea grown in the Yunnan province of China. Traditionally, used as a healthy beverage by the Asians for well-being. Good to drink everyday!
